Suspension of Generation NE Face to Face Service
In order to protect both our customers, staff and partners we have made the decision to suspend all face to face interventions for the foreseeable future.

Our team are working from home and if you are already a Generation NE customer, your advisor will still be supporting you via phone, social media, video links, learning platforms and / or email until the programme ends on 31 March 2021.
Although we are no longer taking referrals to this programme, you can still access employment support in your local area, please contact the following for more information:

Generation NE Youth Employment Advisors can work with anyone who is:
- Aged 18-29 years old
- Living in Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside, Northumberland or South Tyneside area
We recognise that some customers who may be eligible for our service will have left or are about to leave your programmes. Generation NE can offer additional support to enable your customer to take the next step into employment. We can offer the following additional support;
- 1 to 1 employment advisor support either in person or digitally
- Access to Generation NE employment opportunities with local employers
- Access to flexible fund to remove barriers to employment for Generation NE eligible customers
- Post Employment service
Once a referral has been made one of our Employment Advisors will be in contact with the customer directly within 5 working days.
